- Scope: Swift iOS app with a custom-trained Core ML real-time detection model, Firebase backend (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Analytics), StoreKit2 subscription system, and video recording + overlay + multi-format export pipeline.
- Outcome: Solo end-to-end delivery — custom model training, on-device inference at 60 fps on A12+ devices with frame-dropping fallback, subscription management, and full App Store compliance (ATT, privacy manifest).
